Right of withdrawal
You generally have the right to withdraw from a qualifying distance contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. For a service contract, the withdrawal period generally starts when the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to:

It is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw, payments received for the withdrawn contract are returned without undue delay and, in general, no later than fourteen days after the withdrawal notice is received. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, reimbursement is made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, without a reimbursement fee charged to you.
If you expressly requested that work on a service begin during the withdrawal period and you then withdraw before the service is completed, you may be required by law to pay an appropriate amount for the service already provided up to the time of withdrawal.
Early performance and digital delivery
Commission work is often intended to start sooner than fourteen days. Where legally required, I will therefore ask you separately — as part of the individual commission acceptance — to expressly request or consent to early performance and to acknowledge the consequences for your withdrawal right.
The rules differ depending on whether the contract is legally treated as a service, digital content or otherwise. Nothing on this page is intended to waive a right that cannot legally be waived.

This website itself does not provide an automated checkout or conclude commissions through an order button. Commissions are individually negotiated and explicitly accepted through direct communication. If the actual contract flow used for a particular commission is legally regarded as concluding the contract through an online user interface, additional statutory requirements for an electronic withdrawal function may apply.
