Digital-only custom work. Prices below are reference total prices in EUR; the final scope and total price are agreed individually before a commission is accepted.

What gets agreed before payment
Deliverable
Subject, complexity, number of characters, animation length if applicable, resolution, file format and delivery method.
Rights & source material
Intended personal or commercial use, third-party intellectual property, permissions where needed, and disclosure of generative-AI reference material.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery is a finished digital file only. Editable/source/project files are not included.
Payment, cancellation & refunds
Payment is normally requested after the scope and total price have been agreed and before work begins. A Stripe payment link or another agreed payment method may be used.
- Before work begins: a mutually agreed cancellation normally receives a full refund.
- After work begins: refund handling depends on the amount of work already completed and applicable statutory rights. Contact me first so the situation can be resolved.
- If I cancel: any amount paid for work that will not be supplied is refunded.
- Disputes: please contact kris.scheibel@gmx.de before opening a payment dispute where reasonably possible.
