2. Website hosting

This website is hosted using GitHub Pages. When you access the site, GitHub’s infrastructure necessarily receives technical request data required to deliver and secure the website, which may include your IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, referrer information and browser/user-agent information.

The site owner does not use GitHub Pages to run visitor analytics and does not receive a visitor-tracking dashboard from this website. GitHub may process technical data under its own legal responsibilities and policies.

3. Logo image and favicon

The Al1enB4mbus logo and favicon are served from this website as a local image asset. Loading them does not make a request to an external image provider. The website hosting information above also applies to these requests.

4. Cookies and local storage

The website code supplied by Al1enB4mbus does not set cookies, use browser local storage or access device information for analytics or advertising. If the hosting provider uses strictly necessary technical mechanisms to deliver or protect the service, those are controlled by the provider.

5. Contacting me

If you contact me by email or messaging service, I process the information you send in order to answer your message and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering into a commission contract or to perform that contract.

Please do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information. Third-party messaging platforms process data under their own privacy terms.

6. Commission and payment data

If a commission is agreed, information required to document the agreement, provide the work, issue invoices and receive payment may be processed. Stripe or another agreed payment service may process payment data independently according to its own privacy information. Full payment-card details are not collected through this website.

7. External links

Links to YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, X/Twitter, Art Fight or other third-party sites are normal outbound links only. This website does not load content from those services before you choose to follow a link.

8. Retention

Ordinary enquiries are deleted when they are no longer needed, unless continued retention is necessary for a contract, a dispute or a legal obligation. Commission working files are normally kept for up to 90 days after final delivery as described in the Commission Terms. Contract, invoice, tax and payment records may need to be retained for statutory periods.

9. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of applicable data-protection law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
